This strategic initiative positions the UAE as a global hub for AI-driven infrastructure, digital sovereignty, and sustainable energy innovation.
Scope & Scale
• Total Platform: 1 GW sovereign-ready AI & high-performance data center capacity
• Phase 1: 100 MW, CapEx $700M–$1B
• Full Buildout: Up to 1,000 MW across 100+ acres, valued at $7B–$10B
• Technology: GPU-optimized, ≥50 kW/rack, liquid cooling, modular tiered design
